Hoffmann Propeller Expands Management Team – Heintje Wyczisk Takes on Responsibility for R&D and New Facility in the Greater Rosenheim Area

Rosenheim, October 24, 2025 – Hoffmann Propeller, a leading manufacturer of propeller systems for civil, historical, and special aviation applications, is announcing its new management duo: Heintje Wyczisk has been appointed Managing Director. Together with Mark Härtenberger, who has served as Managing Director since 2024, he will lead the company’s continued growth and strategic development.

Experienced Leadership for Future Projects

With Heintje Wyczisk, Hoffmann Propeller gains an internationally experienced engineer and manager with more than 25 years of expertise in aerospace technology, electric propulsion systems, and certification processes. He previously held senior positions at Siemens eAircraft and Rolls-Royce Electrical, where he led global engineering teams and oversaw innovative technologies in the field of electric drives.

At Hoffmann Propeller, his responsibilities include building the new, state-of-the-art site in the Greater Rosenheim area, driving the strategic development of the company, and overseeing research and technology development.

“Hoffmann Propeller is a company with a strong heritage and great potential. I’m excited to work with Mark Härtenberger to unlock these opportunities and successfully lead Hoffmann Propeller into the future,” says Heintje Wyczisk.

Strengthening Sales and Market Presence

Mark Härtenberger will continue to focus on sales, customer relations, and market development, while also serving as Head of Design Organisation and Accountable Manager for EASA Part 21G and Part 145. He brings many years of experience in international aerospace sales and business development, including positions at Linde Advanced Material Technologies and CT Engineering Group. Since joining Hoffmann Propeller in May 2024, he has played a key role in the company’s acquisition by ROSEN Swiss Holding and continues to actively support the post-merger integration process.

“With ROSEN Swiss Holding as a strong financial partner and Heintje Wyczisk as additional Managing Director, we are ideally positioned for the future. Our joint focus now is on the planned new facility and the continued economic strengthening of Hoffmann Propeller,” summarizes Mark Härtenberger.

Shared Responsibility – A Common Vision

With this dual leadership, Hoffmann Propeller is establishing a clear division of responsibilities: while Heintje Wyczisk will oversee research and technology development as well as the establishment of the new site in the Greater Rosenheim area, Mark Härtenberger’s focus will remain on sales and market expansion. The two Managing Directors will work closely together to advance the company’s operations and growth strategy, strengthening Hoffmann Propeller’s position in the international market.

The planned new facility in the Greater Rosenheim area, for which the company is currently in the site selection phase, will become a state-of-the-art center for production, maintenance, and research. This expansion will not only create new jobs but also secure the long-term presence and aerospace expertise of Hoffmann Propeller in the region.
